This year we have two Medica Plunges—one in Minnesota and one in Wisconsin! There’s something for everyone during these two fun-filled Plunge weekends, so check out the events below and register to be a part of the excitement.
Medica employees in Nebraska, Missouri, and other locations are welcome to take the Plunge, too! Find your state’s Polar Plunge or register for a Virtual Plunge:
– During the registration process for either the Minnesota or Wisconsin Medica Plunges, select the “Virtual Plunge” checkbox in Step 3: Event Registration.
– Plan to plunge in your own way on March 17 or May 12 by doing something cold!
– Need some ideas? Check out the list on our Virtual Plunge page.
